2. Terms and Conditions

2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pannle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2.2 Description of the Service
Pannle provides users with tools to:
Create landing pages
Publish content (text, images, videos, links)
Connect custom domains
Access analytics tools
Subscribe to premium features
Pannle may modify or improve the Service at any time.

2.3 User Accounts
To use Pannle, users must create an account via: Email and password Google OAuth
Users are responsible for: Maintaining account confidentiality
All activity under their account Pannle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2.4 User Content
Users may upload and publish:
Text
Images
Videos
External links
Contact information
Users retain ownership of their content.
However, by publishing content, users grant Pannle a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Users must not publish content that is:
Illegal
Pornographic
Violent or graphicHateful or discriminatory
Infringing copyright or intellectual property
Fraudulent or misleading
Pannle reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice.
A reporting mechanism is available for users to flag inappropriate content.

2.5 Payments & Subscriptions
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions.
Pricing is displayed on the website.
Subscriptions:Are billed monthly or annually
Provide access to premium features during the paid period
Automatically renew unless cancelled
No refunds are provided once a billing period has started.
Users retain access to premium features until the end of their paid period.
Under EU law, by subscribing and accessing premium features immediately, users expressly waive their 14-day right of withdrawal.

2.6 Intellectual Property
All platform elements including:
Branding
Design system
Software code
Interface structure
Are the exclusive property of Pannle.
Users may not:
Copy
Reverse engineer
Resell
Exploit the Service Without prior written authorization.

2.7 Limitation of Liability
Pannle provides the Service "as is".
Pannle shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue
Business interruption
Loss of dataIndirect or consequential damages
User-generated content
Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

2.8 Termination
Pannle may suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
Legal obligations require it
Users may delete their account at any time.

2.9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
